Suite 4, behind the grey door with no sign
We are in a small commercial row off Malabu Drive in the Chevy Chase area, south east of downtown Lexington. There is no illuminated sign because the landlord does not permit one, so look for the suite number rather than the name.

Getting here
From downtown Lexington
Head south east on Main Street, continue onto East High, and stay with it past the Chevy Chase shops. Malabu Drive turns off to the right roughly a mile further on. The commercial row sits on the left about four hundred yards down. Eight minutes without traffic.
From New Circle Road
Exit at Tates Creek Road heading toward town, then turn onto Malabu Drive. We are on the right just before the row ends. If you reach the church you have gone a hundred yards too far.
From Nicholasville or Jessamine County
Nicholasville Road north to New Circle, east to Tates Creek, then as above. Twenty to twenty-five minutes depending on the Nicholasville Road lights.
From Georgetown, Paris or Winchester
Interstate 75 or the Winchester Road into New Circle, then follow the New Circle directions above. Allow thirty to forty minutes and add ten on a home football weekend.
Parking
Four marked spaces directly in front of the suite, plus unrestricted street parking along the row. The two spaces closest to the door are kept clear for anyone carrying a full bag. There is a single step at the entrance and the studio itself is on one level.
What to expect on arrival
Because only one appointment runs at a time, the door is often locked when nobody is due. If you are arriving for a booked session, it will be open. If you are stopping by to look at the space, call first — Friday mornings are usually quiet.
Sessions start on time. If you are running late, call rather than hurrying; we would rather shift the appointment than take measurements from someone who arrived flustered.
Send a message
For anything that is not a booking request — a question about a build in progress, a component query, or a note about a session you have already had.
